This is the waffle mix you get at the hotels at those continental breakfast's that we love. This is the only mix we use for waffles. The malt provides the perfect flavor and they turn out great and crisp in our Belgian waffle maker.

I haven't yet purchased this mix but I already know it's a5 star review. I feel in love with this waffle at a silver diner in Maryland and I searched and searched online for the recipe and I just could not find it. So one day lucky for me that I serviced a silver diner and I asked a manager "what is the secret to this wonderful waffle"? And the manager said to me that "the cooks just have to follow the directions on the box" and pointed directly to the box of golden malted waffle mix and my eyes almost fell out of my head because now I finally found the secret recipe and I can not wait to place my first order and share this with my family.
