Wonderful! Like another reviewer...I too have scorned mixes and prefer everything made from scratch. However...this mix is fabulous..and sooo easy and quick. It bakes up crispy on the outside with a fluffy interior; nice and moist but not soggy. Great flavor; just like commercial waffles..yummy! I used a Carbon Waffle maker and could not be more pleased. Love the fact this mix does not contain any nasty hydrogenated ingredients. Even our most finicky family members love these waffles. Haven't tried the gluten free yet but am ordering more mix today in original and other flavors. Thanks for making this mix available for home use on line. Wont use any other!
 

We have been buying these mixes for several years. Use them for gifts
too. They are grrrreat! Just ordered their waffle maker.
 

This is the only brand I will buy for waffles, ever. I normally make everything from scratch but I can't even make anything this good.
 

While staying at St. Pancras Hotel in London, I noted the delicious waffles. I was told that the mix was imported. When i discussed that we use Golden Malted at our home in Indiana, the wait person was surprised. The hotel is very exclusive and only serves the best in the restaurants. So delicious even in Indiana!
