Nine years ago my wife and I began searching for the waffle mix used by our favorite hotels, and we discovered Carbon's Golden Malted. Now I make them every Saturday morning, and quite honestly they are even better than the hotels'! We have become so renowned among family and friends that we purchased two double waffle bakers so I can make four at a time when guests come for our now-famous waffle parties. Truly the best!
 

This is the only brand I will buy for waffles, ever. I normally make everything from scratch but I can't even make anything this good.
 

While staying at St. Pancras Hotel in London, I noted the delicious waffles. I was told that the mix was imported. When i discussed that we use Golden Malted at our home in Indiana, the wait person was surprised. The hotel is very exclusive and only serves the best in the restaurants. So delicious even in Indiana!

I have used this brand for ten years, best out there. I use seltzer water or other carbonated water in place of tap and it makes the best waffles and pancakes. And of course I use their waffle baker, which I have owned for ten years.
 

I’ve been buying this mix since I first tried them at a hotel in Georgia. I only use Golden Malted. We call it comfort food at our house. We give the mix and a waffle iron for wedding gifts. I highly recommend it to anyone. Even our daughter recommends it to her friends.
